Once I’m done, I’ll deliver and hang your one-of-a-kind pieces and collect the remaining balance. Your space will be transformed in a beautiful way!

I live and breathe painting, and I infuse this passion into every project. I also get excited about people and their big dreams. So, if you have a vision for your business or space, I’ll help you bring it to life with every heart-felt brush stroke.
All of my work is meant to be uplifting. I don’t create pieces that are angry, sad, or mad; however, I will work towards deep, raw, and beautifully tender. Above all else, authenticity is key. I also value clear communication and exceptional service, so that you enjoy the final product and the experience leading up to it.

You can visit my online SHOP, which – depending on the season – will host a number of my pieces. My shop is typically open from May to November each year, when I’m home in my Maine art studio. The rest of the time, I’ll be sailing the wide-open seas with my husband and our two pups, Teddy and Molly. I’ll still be painting of course – I couldn’t go a day without it! – but you’ll have to wait for me to be back on the mainland to return to “real life.”
It’s called abstract expressionism. My strength is capturing the feel – not adapting the style – of what my clients want. I firmly believe that art evokes emotion and can set the tone for any space.
With a commission, I create custom paintings at the request of my clients, versus selling pieces that are already painted. While all of my pieces are original and one-of-a-kind, commissioned projects are even more tailored to my clients’ unique needs and wants.
It varies! I recently completed a commission for a boutique hotel chain that requested 12 paintings. Each one was unique in its own way, while having a cohesive “family” feel. Feel free to contact me for a free quote if you’re interested in a collection of paintings.
No, I embrace all colors and am often inspired by hues found in nature. Again, it all goes back to the emotion you want to convey. I can also adapt the medium to fit your look. For example, watercolor is much softer than acrylic; oil has a richer, yet more subtle feel than acrylic; and my textured work is very grounded.
Because it truly creates a one-of-a-kind experience. Not only that, but it continues to delight you over and over again, every time you enter the room. If you’re featuring custom art in your place of business, it also immediately conveys your originality to valued clients, customers, and guests.
Being completely immersed in nature is such a magical experience that continually fuels my creativity. It also forces me to find new ways to paint in a confined space, which is sometimes tricky but always fun!
